Mixed Media Artwork - One Of A Kind:
- Photos are digitally mixed, deconstructed, drawn inside and hand painted with pastels after being printed on heavy watercolor fine art paper.
- Although the pastels are fixed with several layers of fixative, they are very delicate and some of the pastels remain loose. We do recommend to frame the artwork as soon as possible.
- All are hand signed by artist and comes also with a certificate of authenticity.
- Each one is unique and one of a kind.
Commissions:
- Yes, we love to work with our clients. Just contact us.
- Commissioned portraits are $7,000.00, without shipping or taxes. The size of the finished piece will be 28" x 36" or 32" x 32" aprox., as some work might be better with a different proportion. Bigger sizes are available for a small price increase. You can come to Puerto Rico, USA, for a photo session or send us a picture in high resolution. Taking a vacation in the Caribbean is always a plus!
- The pieces are printed on luster photo paper. If you have something else in mind, just contact us.
- The final piece will be ready in 3 months after the photo session or receival of your photo. In some cases, it might take a bit less.
- There is a 50% non refundable deposit, when placing the order. The rest and the extra fees if applicable, must be paid before the order is shipped. You will be notified when your piece is ready, after which you must pay the amount due within 45 days. After that the artwork will be put for sale or donated.
- All sales are final.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged:
- We ship worldwide from Puerto Rico, USA, twice a month, so your order can take up to 2 weeks to be sent. If you need it sooner, please contact us before placing your order and we will help.
- Shipping & handling costs: USA ($45.00-$125.00) and International ($115.00-$200.00)
- All artwork is shipped safely rolled up in a hard cardboard tube or box and insured.
- Please provide a physical address, because UPS does not deliver to PO or APO.
- Please always provide an address where you can received and signed for the package. Items that UPS return to us as undeliverable are nonrefundable. For us to resend the package, you will need to pay extra shipping charges (the new shipping charges and the UPS charge for returning the package to us). If you don't pay the new charges within 14 days, we will auction or donate the artwork piece.
- Shipping method:
- USA & Territories except Puerto Rico: UPS Ground service (4-5 business day aprox.)
- Puerto Rico: UPS Next Day Intra (next business day service)
- International: UPS Worldwide Expedited service (3-7 business days aprox.)
- Taxes & Customs:
- Puerto Rico: You must pay the local taxes through our website.
- USA: You are responsible for paying your local taxes
- International: You are responsible for paying all the taxes, custom and import duties of your country imposed at the border.
- We are in no way responsible for any delays in delivery or custom issues.
- Tracking: You will get an email of confirmation and a tracking number as soon as we sent your order.

Returns & Refunds:
- On all returns shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- There are no refunds on undeliverable packages, either because you provided a wrong address or because no one was available to sign for the delivery.
- Unless otherwise noted, all art comes with a 7 day money guarantee (minus the shipping and handling fees). We do accept returns up to 7 days after it was delivered and you must notify us by email that you are returning it within that time.
- Buyer pays shipping on all returnable items. We do suggest to insure the package as we are not responsible for packages returned in damaged conditions or lost. We will credit your account within 3 working days once the item is received in its original packaging and in the same condition it was originally shipped. If the condition of the item has changed, we will not accept the item and it will ship back to you after you pay for new shipping charges. You will have up to 14 days to pay for these new shipping charges, after which we will donate or auction the artwork piece.
- All commissioned work sales are final. No refunds or returns accepted.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged:
- All our packages ship insured.
- If the package get lost before been delivered to you, please let us know and we will file a claim with UPS. After the claim is resolved, we will refund you for the full amount paid or send you another one if available. We will put the artwork in a list for lost/stolen artwork worlwide .
- If the package arrives damaged, please notify the UPS delivery man and notify us immediately so we can assist you with filing a claim with them or file a claim for you. After the UPS claim is resolved, we will refund you for the full amount paid or send you another one if available. Please provide detailed pictures of the damage. In some cases you might need to send us the damaged piece.
- For packages damaged for careless handling by the receiver, there is no refund.
